He had many fond memories growing up in the Lees Summit community and would often refer back to stories of his upbringing. Alfred was a very talented and knowledgeable man who was a helping hand to his entire family and friends. Usually all it took was a phone call and he was there. There are no words to describe Alfred's barbeque! He enjoyed smoking delicious meats such as beef brisket and pork spare ribs he also had a special barbeque sauce; which he recently shared his recipe with his children inspiring them to sell his barbeque sauce. Alfred loved his family and friends and enjoyed having company at his home. If he had any free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
