Ms. Annie R. Brown, 64, was called to be with the Lord in her heavenly home on Wednesday, November 27, 2019. Annie was born March 23, 1955 in Petersfield, South Carolina to Rose (Brown) Straughter and James Moultrie.

Annie will always be remembered for her caring and selfless nature. She had one of the biggest and most giving hearts of anyone we knew. She gave all she could whenever she could. Her home was always open and if you were a friend of Annie's you were a friend for life.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughters, Lisa (Salik) RaShid and Charmaine Brown of Kansas City, Missouri; sons, Terrance Brown, Carlos (MeShanna) Brown, and nephew/son, Tyrone Brown all of Kansas City, Missouri; siblings, James Brown of Kansas City, Missouri, Edward Moultrie, Josephine Freeman and Catherine Moultrie all of Petersfield, South Carolina; extended family, Robert Dennis, Tracey (Carl) Roland and Lesha Dennis; grandchildren, Leisha (Eric) Hampton, Destiny Pettit, E-Lisceo Brown, Jayda Mosby, Derrick Brown, Karmah Brown and Stormie Brown; great grandchildren, Journey Martin and Elise Hampton; her loving companion, James Lewis, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will be missed by all.

Memorial services Saturday, December 7, at 11:00 a.m. at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
