Anthony DeWand Williams, 26, was born on July 10, 1992 in Kansas City, Missouri to Anthony and Ellen Williams-Siggal.

Anthony was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri. He played basketball, football, and practice Karate. He graduated from truck driving school with his CDL and was employed by Sygma, a food truck delivery company.

Anthony was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and a friend who inspired and encouraged others. He was very excited and optimistic about his future.

Anthony believed in God; he departed this life on Saturday, February 17, 2019.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter, Ashanti Williams and son, Anthony D. Williams, Jr.; his parents, Anthony and Ellen Williams-Siggal; grandmother, Mildred Siggal; sister, Latisha Williams; niece, Shaila Williams; three uncles, Michael Williams, Albert Williams and Patrick Siggal; three aunts, Helen Williams, Phyllis Siggal and Sheila Siggal; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services Saturday, March 2, 2:00 p.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Interment Blue Ridge Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the chapel. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
