Austin Paige Elmore, 21, was born September 6, 1994 in Columbia, Missouri to his father's by love, Mitchell Nickerson (Dad) & Glenn Barfield (Pops) and mother's by love, Marcia Albin & Robin Lawton. Austin was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri and was a graduate of Central High School, in the class of 2013. He was employed as a machinist for Ford Motor Company. Austin loved kids and had a way of making everyone love him so much. He would do anything he could to help anyone in need. Austin was very passionate about Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), as well as basketball. Austin departed this life on March 27, 2016. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Marcia Albin; grandparents, Jerry & Joyce Albin; two brothers, William Earvin and Andrew Barfield; two sisters, Brittany Nickerson and Jaden Earvin; one nephew, Ronin Barfield; one niece, Gracie Nickerson; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, April 4, 11:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the chapel.
