Bertha Cierra Hill, 30, passed peacefully in her sleep at her home in Kansas City, Missouri on February 6, 2017. She experienced a variety of medical complications from multiple injuries as a result of a vehicular accident in 2014. She graduated from Garinger High School in 2004 and attended Columbia College in South Carolina before transferring to Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. Cierra finished her studies at Fort Valley State University in Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She is survived by her parents,Terry and Carrie Hill of Charlotte; three brothers, Tony Morrison (Wendy) of Lubbock, TX, Charlton Morrison of Charlotte and Terrence Hill (Trishka) of Mesquite, TX; and a host of beloved family and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 18, 1:00 p.m. at The Chapel of Christ the King, 425 E. 17th Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28206. Interment Charlotte Memorial Gardens.
