Briana Nichol Johnson, 25, passed away on August 2, 2020. She was born on June 26, 1995 to the union of Sharm Johnson and Rhonda Burns in Kansas City, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruth Burns.

Briana was a lifelong area resident and was educated in the Kansas City and Raytown public schools. She was a graduate of Raytown South High School. She furthered her education in Hannibal, Missouri, LaGrange University and Concorde Career College.

Briana attended the Church of Christ. She was employed by ABC Dental in Independence, Missouri.

She leaves to cherish her memory: one daughter, Skylar Carrell; father, Sharm Johnson, mother, Rhonda Burns and stepfather, Craig Preston; one brother, Craig Preston; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2020, 2:30-3:30 pm at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Interment XII Gates Memorial Gardens. Service conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors.
