Born on October 9th 1989 in Kigali, Rwanda, Brice Bahana was the youngest son to Libby Dara and Pierre Gakwandi. Brice Bahana loved God first, and if you came across him, he did not hesitate to tell you how God loved you too. His love, compassion and generosity to others were some of the many characteristics he will be remembered by. To say that Brice loved music would be an understatement. Music defined him; you saw him walking with head phones on, always with a guitar or playing a piano without forgetting his song writing talents. Brice was called home on the morning of January 26th, 2017. He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother and father, Libby Dara and Pierre Gakwandi; brother and sister in law, Didier and Sorangel Gakwandi; sisters, Delphine Dara and Goretti Uwamariya; nephews, Isaiah, Giovanni, Aiko; niece, Lilyana and many friends. Funeral services will be Monday, January 30, 11:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Interment XII Gates Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the chapel.
