On Wednesday, August 16, 2023, Bridgette Marie Butler, beloved mother, sister, aunt,

and friend, passed away at the age of 63. She was born March 7, 1960, in Kansas City,

Missouri to Peter and Janice Butler. Bridgette was a graduate of Bishop Hogan High

School and attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Bridgette was a loving mother to her son Chandler, a devoted and protective sister, and

cherished aunt. Bridgette was also a loyal friend who was always there for those she

loved. She was a kind and compassionate soul who always put others before herself,

and she was always willing to help those in need.

Bridgette loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed interior,

decorating, landscaping, being creative, CrossFit, sporting events, taking trips, and

simply spending time together. Bridgette was always up for a good laugh, and she had

a way of making everyone feel welcomed. She was always there for the people she

loved, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Bridgette is survived by her son, Chandler Cole Butler (Courtney Moore); brothers Craig

C. (Teresa) Butler Sr., Craig V. Butler, and Richard (Kathy) Butler; nieces and nephew:

Carissa Butler, NaTasha Bell, Craig Butler Jr. (Kristin Frogley), and Carmen Butler;

great nieces and nephews Tamia Butler, Trey Butler, Phoenix Butler, Craig Butler III,

Kira Butler.

There will be a private disposition.
