Bryan Henderson was born on May 2, 1974, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Alvin Henderson and Beverly Henderson. He was a beloved son, father, and friend to many.
Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Henderson; his maternal grandparents, Booker T. Bernard and Bertha Bernard; and his paternal grandparents, George Lee Henderson and Lonie Mae Henderson.
Bryan received his early education in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri. He pursued his passion for art by attending the Kansas City Art Institute and later furthered his skills by graduating from Tulsa Welding School in 2008. His dedication and talent led him to a fulfilling career as a Welder Fabricator at Raxtec Inc.
Bryan was known for his outgoing and friendly nature. His comedic personality could light up any room, and he had a gift for making everyone laugh. A true artist at heart, Bryan deeply loved art and expressed himself through his creativity. He was also a serious foodie who loved exploring new flavors and sharing meals with loved ones. Above all, Bryan cherished spending time with his son, with whom he shared a close bond and countless cherished weekends together.
Bryan departed this life on November 15, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Though his time with us was far too short, his vibrant personality, laughter, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Beverly Henderson; his brother, Marcus Henderson; and his sisters, Tanya and Shana Henderson, all of Kansas City. He also leaves his beloved son, Nakai Henderson-Teague, and his bonus son, Malik White, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
In addition to his immediate family, Bryan's memory will be treasured by a host of extended family members and dear friends. His warmth, humor, and love touched everyone who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
