Cedric Manuel Osborn, 38, was born April 6, 1980 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the youngest of two children of Ricardo M. Osborn and Ruth Neumann.

Cedric attended Central High School and graduated in 1999. From there he went on to fulfill his dreams at working hard and becoming a loving and caring husband and a great father to his children.

Cedric worked at Union Pacific Railroad for the last 7 years as an conductor. On March 7, 2019 Cedric was accepted into the Kingdom of Heaven.

He leaves to mourn in his departure: his wife, Elaine Osborn; his daughter, Ladayshia Osborn; two sons, Daelin Dickerson and Cedric Osborn, Jr.; a step-daughter, Rachael Smith; his mother, Ruth Neumann (Winnie); father, Ricardo Osborn (Stephanie); sister, Alisa Osborn; one brother-in-law, seven sisters-in-law and a host of other relatives and friends.
