Charles Lloyd Williams, 87, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on August 4, 2017 at West Ridge Gardens Rehabilitation Care Center. He was born October 15, 1929 in Pleasant Green, Missouri to the late Clinton F. Williams and Lucille C. (Morney) Williams. He is survived by a son, Ross Taliferro; daughter, Jennifer Taliferro; sister, Catherine Wagner; five grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services Monday, August 14, 11:00 a.m. at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
