Obituary

Cheryl Lynn Taylor (Clark) was born on Feb. 4,1958 in Boston, Massachusetts to Reginald

Mindingall and Judith Lorraine Mindingall (Clark). She was the oldest child and only girl, having

two brothers Darrold Clark and Michael Mindingall. She was preceded in death by both of her

loving parents and her youngest daughter Knickkia D.Taylor.

Cheryl graduated High School as a true Bostonian public school student in 1976. She received

many accomplishments throughout her life and career in the service and healthcare industry.

She was loved dearly by many. She worked at Goodlife Innovations of Overland Park, Kansas

were she found much delight in assisting and serving all the needs of her clients. Everyone who

was graced with her presence loved her. Her smile was infectious and her love immeasurable.

Cheryl has always been a strong, bold, no hold bars type of woman. She told you what she

meant "she said what she said." She was loyal to family and friends and had enough to feed

everyone. Cheryl knew Jesus as her Lord and Savior and instilled these same values and

beliefs in her children. She loved family functions, football (New England Patriots), and her

loving cat Sparkles. Cheryl remembered every birthday and sent cards throughout the year to

show her love. She enjoyed life and sacrificed more than anyone could ever imagine.

Cheryl received her Heavenly robe on September 6, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospice House of

Kansas City, Missouri surrounded by her family and loved ones.

She leaves a legacy behind; her children Keanya N. Britton (Dewan), ShaDonna M. Coleman

(Bobby), Brittany S. Taylor, Kelvin B. Taylor Jr., and Leah A. Taylor (Jamar). Her grandchildren

Gabrielle, Danielle, Joshua, DaMarques, Kieana, Brieana, Destiny, Kristian, Chyann, DeAndre

(Snook), Taneiyah,Terrell (Grinch), Tamiyah, LeAhna, Jamar Jr.(Mr. Buttons), and Jamari (Bear).

She also leaves a legacy of 6 great grandchildren and 2 blessings on the way. Cheryl set forth

wonderful blessings of generations. Her legacy will forever be honored in all of our hearts.

*Special Thanks: Cheryl loved deeply her first and favorite cousin Gianna Simmons their

connection is forever unbreakable.

The full Wright family: Jeanette Wright- Loran, Gerald, Annie, Valarie, and LaMia for all the love

and support throughout the years especially during the rough times.

Lastly certainly not least her friend and confidant Anthony. May God bless you guys richly for all

you have done.
