Clifford Woodard was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 12, 1958. He was a fun loving person that enjoyed being around family and friends.

He was of Baptist faith and believed in treating other the way that you wat to be treated. He enjoyed listening to Rhythm and Blues. Old School jams and Jazz.

He leaves behind a host of family and friends that will dearly miss his presence.
