Deron Edward Jordan, 45, of Leavenworth, Kansas, passed away January 22, 2018 at the University of Kansas Hospital. He was born September 9, 1972 in Detroit, Michigan to Eddie Lee Jordan and Claudia Renee (Barber) Jordan. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Deron was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri. He later enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served proudly until being honorably discharged. Deron is survived by two sisters, Cara Jordan of Grandview, MO and Rena Coleman (Orlando) of St. Louis, MO; a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends all of whom will miss him dearly. Funeral services Monday, January 29, 11:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Interment Leavenworth National Cemetery. Visitation 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the chapel. Services conducted by Duane E.
