Gary Lamont Brown, Sr., 42, passed away on October 29, 2017 at the home. He was born May 2, 1975 to Benjamin and Marsha Brown in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Gary received his elementary education in Kansas City, Missouri, his junior and high school education in Blue Springs, Missouri, and furthered his education at Vatterott College in Kansas City, Missouri receiving his Associates degree in Business.
Gary was employed at Ford Motor Company in Claycomo, Missouri for seventeen years until the time of his death. He, along with his wife, was also the owner of Amazing Memories Photo Booth.
Gary was a fun-loving family man with a laugh that was infectious and a personality to match. He always made sure that his presence was known when he entered a room and that will truly be missed by his family, friends and co-workers.
Gary leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Sarah; children, Britney (Khari), Gary Jr., and Kyra; grandson, Tumarii; father, Benjamin Brown, Sr. of Kansas City, MO; mother, Marsha Brown of Blue Springs, MO; grandfather, William Thompson and honorary grandparents, Donald and Barbara Dennis of Kansas City, MO; brothers, Benjamin (Myesha) Brown III of Blue Springs, MO, Eric (Creole) Brown of Louisville, KY, Winston Brown of New York, NY and Benny Brown of Kansas City, MO; sisters, Yvette (Anthony) Jones of Las Vegas, NV and Chanda (Reggie) White of Houston, TX; best friend, Tony Williams and high school best friend, Deron Robinson; and a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, biker club members and co-workers and friends.
Funeral services Saturday, November 4, 2:00 p.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Private disposition. Visitation 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the chapel. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
