Henrietta K. Brown, 63, KCKS, passed away on July 4, 2016. She was born October 19, 1952 in Atchison, Kansas to Herbert A. Brown and Willetta Bethea. Her father preceded her in death. Henrietta was educated in the public schools of Atchison, Kansas, where she lived most of her life. She found pleasure in helping others, which enhanced her career as a nurse in the home health care field. She was a loving individual who lived her life to the fullest and will be missed by all whose life she touched. She leaves to cherish her memory: her son, Aaron T. Brown (Latessa); two daughters, Robinette L. Brown-Worten (Henry) and Hope Soleberg (Steve); her mother, Willetta Bethea; brothers, Andrew Brown, Herman Brown, Oscar Bethea and Quincy Brown; sister, Mary K. Brown; longtime companion, Robert Emery; fifteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, July 15, 11:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Private disposition. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m.at the chapel. Services conducted by Duane E.
