Our Beloved mother Jearlene Smith Williams, affectionately called Jewel, was

born September 25, 1924. She was the seventh child born to Thaddeus Warsaw and

Florence Collins Smith in Boswell OK.

She was preceded in death by husband: Lloyd Odell Williams, both parents, five

brothers: Jessie, David, Henry Lee, Walter Douglas, and James Floyd Smith, five

sisters: Addie Mae, Mary Lee, Magalene, Myrtle and Franceil. Granddaughter:

Cherice LaShawn Williams, great-grandson: Gregory "Ge Gee" Bolton, Jr.

The remained happily married till the Lord called Odell

home on December 30, 2015.

Jearlene dedicated her life to serving the lord and was blessed the gift of reciting

poems, a gift she readily and gladly shared with many churches.

Jearlene was the Smith-Collins family historian.

Jearlene Smith Williams departed this life March 25, 2024, at the home. She will be

missed deeply by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, 3 daughters: Joyce Coates, Janice Garrett, both of KCMO and

Bonnie Coates of Norcross GA, 9 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 42 great-great grandchildren,

Leonard Watson, a grandson that she helped raise and they affectionately called him

"Captain Caveman," one sister, Shirley Smith of Lawton, OK, one brother, Wade

Smith of Fredrick, OK and many other relatives and friends.
