Jeffery Lee Washington was born in Kansas City, Missouri on December 22, 1963. He was the proud son of Elmer Washington and Frances Washington. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, wife, and brother Elmer Washington Jr.

Jeffery received his education in Kansas City and went on to become a skilled carpenter in the construction industry. He was a hard worker who took great pride in his craft.

Jeffery was married to the beautiful and loving Mrs. Le'Audrey M. Washington, who preceded him in death.

Jeffery was a devoted family man who loved spending time with his loved ones. He had a great sense of humor, was very humble, and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed hosting barbecues, traveling, gardening, playing dominoes, and was a passionate fan of the KC Chiefs. Jeffery gave his life to Christ many years ago and was of the Baptist faith.

On April 17th, 2024, surrounded by family, Jeffery departed this life in Kansas City, Mo., leaving a void in the hearts of his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jeffery is survived by two loving sisters, Thelma Johnson (Floyd) Levada McHenry (Gregory), both residents of Kansas City, Mo. He leaves behind nieces and nephews, Earline Stanford (Shedrick Stanford), Shavonne Stone, Greg McHenry (Leveeta), Jessica Rangel, Nalita McHenry, Brian McHenry, Allden Johnson, Kira Washington, several great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles who will always cherish their memories with him. Jeffery's memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who loved and admired him greatly.
