Joy Alicia Kidd was born on December 25th 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Bernard Wilson and Ernestine Wilson. She was preceded in death by, father Bernard Wilson, sisters Gloria Williams and Terri Wilson, brothers, Bernard Wilson Jr. Michael Wilson, daughter Terrisa Joy Kidd

Joy was a devoted and cherished mother, daughter, grandmother and friend. She worked as a medical assistant for many years and she loved music, her family, and humor as she was quite the comedian.

She departed this life on January 16, 2020 at St Luke's hospital east.

She leaves to cherish their memory son Anthony Kidd, daughters, China Thomas, Lisa Kidd, Tia Jones, mother Earnestine Wilson, brothers Kevin, Everett, and Maury Wilson, sisters, Donna Wilson and Melissa Vinson, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, nephews,nieces, other relatives and friends.
