Juanita Louise Feaster, 68, was born on November 11,1952 in Chicago, Illinois. Juanita is the middle child of three girls born to John Feaster and Lola Mae Johnson. Juanita accepted Christ in her life at an early age and believed that if you did good by others, they would do good by you.  As a young child Juanita lived in Chicago, IL but later moved to Kansas City, MO during her teenage years. She received a formal education from Kansas City Public school, graduating from Paseo High School in 1970. Juanita was a dedicated, hardworking employee for the federal gov't. She worked for the Social Security Administration and retired after 37years of service. She was loved and admired by her colleagues. Juanita was a phenomenal mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  Juanita has one beloved child, a daughter Cherice Williams whom she shared with life-long friend Maurice Lewis. She dedicated her life to making sure she had the best and understood the core values that this life can bring. Juanita believed strongly in the concept of family connection and strength, no matter the circumstances. She loved reading and singing. She was fascinated with musicals. Juanita had an infectious smile and laugh that drew others into her. She was such a caring person that you had to believe she was one of God's living angels on this earth. She loved to also take pictures as this was a way to help cherish the love and capture the excitement of all the memories she shared with others.  On the afternoon of June 14th, 2021, Juanita left her earthly body and gained her heavenly wings. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Feaster, Lola Mae Johnson, and her sister Cynthia Frencher. Our beloved Juanita leaves to cherish her memory; daughter Cherice Williams (Vincent), sister Ellen Young, grandson's Terry Lee Jr and Cameron Lee, nieces Lisa Williams, Angel Feaster and Luna Feaster, nephews, Joshua Feaster, Kevin Feaster and Tony Williams, great nieces, Eboni, Ayanna, Kailana, Shakara, Kayla, great nephews, Kevin, Kyran, Marcus, Anthony, Christopher, and family from Oklahoma.   Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors Chapel. Visitation 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Interment XII Gates Cemetery. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors.
