Kenisha was born April 19, 1994 to LaVette D. Kelley and Kenneth C. Washington, Sr. in Manhattan, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, (Granmuddy) Betty White; uncle, Chester Kelley; cousin, Dalesha Kelly and Shonte Hopkins (and children).

Kenisha was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri, in which she left to complete her education at Job Corp, where she obtained her G.E.D. and certification as a Certified Nurses Assistant (C.N.A.)

Kenisha worked through the Whole Person, as a Personal Care Aide (P.C.A.). She took joy in helping others. She also enjoyed doing make-up, hair, shopping and into fashion. She would do her make-up daily to compliment her outfit all while listening to her music in which she had a strong love for. Loving all types of music including gospel, she would some times put her headphones in and sing aloud (unable to hear herself), while everyone else laughed that heard her.

Kenisha departed this life and gained her wings on November 21, 2018.

She leaves to cherish her memory: loving mother, LaVette Kelley; her father, Kenneth Washington, Sr.; two brothers, Kenneth Jr. and Chase Washington; four aunts, Anita Kelley, Felicia Kelley, Paulette Kelley and Laticia White; a nephew, Amaree Washington along with a host of other relatives and friends in which she shared wonderful memories with.
