LaVonte Leroy Young, 30, KCMO, passed away on March 19, 2017 at Glennon Place Nursing and Rehab. He was born June 13, 1986 in Kansas City, Missouri to Jeffrey L. Graham and Lynne I. Young. He is survived by a son, London L. Young; father, Jeffrey L. Graham; brother, Jeffrey D. Young; sister, Angela Young; and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be Saturday, April 1, 12:00 p.m. at Swope Parkway United Christian Church. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
