LeJuan Cortez Robinson (46) was born on February 15, 1972 in Kansas City, MO to the late Norman K. Berymon and Dorothy Robinson. LeJuan was educated in the Belton School District, graduating from Belton High School in 1990. He furthered his education in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University in 1995. For the past 15 years, LeJuan was a dedicated employee at Midland Loan Services. LeJuan was a member of the Kansas City Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. As a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity he was involved with the Guide Right program, which is the fraternity's national service program. He served as the Exchequer (Treasurer) and he was the assistant Intake Director for the fraternity. LeJuan enjoyed volunteering for charities and organizations such as serving the homeless, tutoring children, and collecting clothes for those in need. While living in North Carolina he helped with the Special Olympics every year and visited the elderly in nursing homes. As a Godly man, LeJuan was an active member at New Generation Christian Center. He was a part of the Men's Ministry and also the Hospitality Ministry. He touched many lives, regardless of age, race, religion, or political beliefs. He enjoyed cooking, grilling, and spending time with his family and friends. Most of all he loved his brother Norman, who he would do anything for. On November 13, 2004 LeJuan married Venice Morales and gained a daughter, Briana Dallas. They spent 13 wonderful years together until the Lord called him home. From this union two children were born, Jared and Quentin. LeJuan departed this world on Sunday, November 4, 2018. He leaves to cherish his love and memories: his wife, Venice Robinson; two sons, Jared Robinson and Quentin Robinson; a daughter, Briana Dallas of Greenwood, MO; his mother, Dorothy Berymon of Belton, MO; his brother, Norman D. Berymon (Ramona) of Vancouver, WA; his grandparents, William and Muriel Bryant of Lisle, IL; two special uncles, Al Robinson of Olathe, KS and Charles E. Robinson of Kansas City, MO; his in-laws, as well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Funeral services Saturday, November 17, 11:00 a.m. at New Generation Christian Center. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the church. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
