Linda Kay Jones was born September 7, 1956in Kansas City MO, to David Johnson and Joan Jones Johnson. She was preceded in death by both parents.

Linda Was educated in the public school system of Tyler TX, attending W.H. Peele Elementary and Dogan Middle School. She completed her high school education in California.

She accepted Christ at an early age. While still in Texas, she attended Smith Temple.

Linda eventually relocated to Kansas City Missouri. Boyd's Bar-b-Que, in Kansas City was one of her employers. She retired from the work life in 2020.

Linda was a loving mother, sister, friend as well as a wonderful grandmother. She always kept a genuine smile and just had love for people.

Mrs. Linda Kay Jones departed this life on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at her place called home. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons: Robert Jones of Kansas City MO, and Kevin Jones of Overland Park KS. Three Daughters: Heather Jones, Renee Jones, and Tonia Wilson, all of Kansas City MO., Goddaughter Patrice Nelson, and Godson Darandis, and a host of other relatives and friends.
