Mrs. Linda Stafford entered into eternal rest surrounded by family at her home in Kansas City, Missouri on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
She was born in Fulton, Missouri to Ms. Vesser Simmons on April 6, 1965. She was the only child. She was preceded in death by two sons: Arthur and Dominque Stafford, her father Larry KImp, Grandmother Vernile Jones and Grandfather Sonny Scott.
Linda attended school in Fulton, Missouri. She came to Kansas City, Missouri in 1984.
She was married to Arthur Stafford in 1985, and to this union 2 children were born.
She united with Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Willie Scott Magee. She sung in the Senior Choir. Her favorite song was "I Take You There".
She was a Certified Nurse Assistant for 8 years then started housekeeping in 1994 working until her health failed.
In her heart you knew God blessed her with the job at Belton Medical Center. She enjoyed going into patients' rooms and singing to them while she cleaned.
She leaves to mourn and cherish her memories her husband Arthur Stafford, mother Vesser Simmons, a host of aunts, uncles, brothers, sister- in laws, and friends.
