Louise Ruff, 70, passed away on April 29, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital East. She was born February 6, 1947 in Tupelo, Mississippi to Cornelius Sr. and Dessie Bell Ruff. She was preceded in death by parents, grandparents, brothers Cecil Ruff and Glen Ruff, sisters Lillie Bell Ruff and Ora Lee Young, as well as other loving family members. Louise was employed by Benz Maintenance for nineteen years until her health began to decline. She then became a foster parent for thirteen years. Louise was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church for several years before joining New Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church. Crawford (Alonzo) and Kim Ruff; two brothers, Cornelius Ruff, Jr. (Mary) and Jessie J. Ruff; three sisters, Helen F. Edwards (Heron), Maryann Gordon and Merry J. Ruff; special granddaughter, Laje' Ruff; dear friend, Betty Love; eighteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
