Margaret Rowe, 83, was born September 2, 1933 in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her life partner, Jeffro Gilmore, Sr. 'Marge', as she was affectionately known, was raised in the Houston area where she resided into adulthood. She moved to Kansas City, Missouri in the 1970's. In Kansas City she met her life partner, Jeffro Gilmore, Sr. Marge and Jeffro shared a life together for nearly thirty years, making their home together in the heart of the city on The Paseo Boulevard. Marge enjoyed watching her favorite tv shows and baking, especially banana bread. She was known by all for her wit and sense of humor. Marge departed this life on May 15, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital. She had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She leaves behind two biological daughters of Wichita, Kansas and Houston, Texas; two nephews, Kelles Anderson and Paul Sanderson; one niece, Leticia Brown; her caretaker, Donald Gilmore, Sr., all of Kansas City, and a host of extended family and friends.
