Marsha Artholee was born on March 3, 1949, in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Lloyd Esion and Rosetta Turner. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents and two sisters, Merna English and Karen Garrett.

Marsha received her education in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri. Throughout her life, she demonstrated a deep faith and commitment to her church, Gethsemane Baptist Church, where she actively served on the Finance Committee and participated in various church activities.

A dedicated and hardworking individual, Marsha enjoyed a fulfilling career with the Internal Revenue Service until her retirement. Known for her generosity and thoughtful nature, she had a special talent for making others feel loved and remembered, always sending cards for birthdays and other occasions. Her kindness extended to supporting numerous charitable causes.

On December 2, 2024, Marsha departed this life at 4:30 AM at University Health Lakewood Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

She is survived by her loving son, William Harris, her two devoted sisters, Sherrie and Debra of Kansas City, Missouri, her lifelong best friend, Patricia Echols, five cherished grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Marsha's legacy of love, kindness, and faith will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
