Mary Ann Butler, 64, was born May 14, 1955 to Annie and Robert Rhodes, Jr. She was the eldest child and only daughter of five children. Mary dedicated her life to Christ in 2015.

Mary was adored and loved by many. She truly cherished her family and friends and all who knew her loved her. Mary discovered at a young age that she wanted to be a servant leader. She dedicated her life to the well-being of others. After receiving her education and many certifications, Mary dedicated over 30 years of her life to the medical and mental health field. Before she retired from Rockhill Manor Assistant Living Facility as the Med-Room Assistant Manager, she received many accolades for her diligent hard work, superior performance, and unmeasured dedication.

Mary departed this life on July 22, 2019 at the home. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Rhodes, Jr.; mother, Annie (Skinner) Rhodes and brother, Robert Whitfield.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory: one son, Terrance Skinner (Sugg) of Arizona; daughter, Zavia (DeDe) Herring of Pennsylvania; three brothers, Marco Whitfield (Niecy), Tyrone Rhodes (Mia), and Sean Rhodes, all of Missouri; adopted sister, Sharon Purvey of Missouri; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
