Maxine Hunt, 91, died Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Swope Ridge Geriatric.

She graduated high school in the Kansas City Missouri School District. She was a social worker for the Milwaukee Public School District.

Maxine accepted Christ at an early age. She had son Franz T. Jenkins. She married Lewis Hunt in 1963. Maxine loved her life, family, and especially her son Franz.

She is preceded in death by both parents Shelton Stanford and Juanita Hutchinson, her husband Lewis Hunt, and her brothers Lewellyn Stanford and Normden Stanford.

Maxine departed this life on Wednesday, November 18, 2020.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son Franz Jenkins; her sisters, Jerrie Chambers (Billy), and Jessie Porter; her grandchildren Winter Keith, and Courtney Ellis; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.

Memorial services Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 4:00 pm, at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors Chapel. Private disposition. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
