Montay Lamar Thibeaux, 39, Grandview, Missouri, passed away on January 25, 2017. He was born July 20, 1977 in Kansas City, Missouri to John Thibeaux and Linda Johnson. Montay attended Hickman Mills High School. He gave his life to Christ at an early age. Montay loved kids and music. He was very respectful and never met a stranger, He was always helpful and never missed an opportunity to make you smile. He leaves to cherish his memory: three children, DeAnthony Ross, Martae Thibeaux, Monae Thibeaux; father, John Thibeaux (Dawn Ramsey-Thibeaux); mother, Linda Johnson; siblings, Mario Thibeaux, Ryan Richardson, John Thibeaux II, John Tyrone Coleman, Brandon Thibeaux, Dwayne Pruitt, Zjhon Riley, Terrell Gordon, Marcus Johnson, Gwenetta (Bobby) Spratt, LaShannon Salaam, Borita Thibeaux, Andrea Thibeaux, Sharlonda Thibeaux, Tah'Keeya Gordon, Johniece Thibeaux, Jona Newton, and Emari Smith; a host uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 2, 2:00 p.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Private disposition. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the chapel.
