Obituary

Morgan Phillip Cannon, 28, KCMO, was called to Glory on May 19, 2017 at Truman Medical Center. He was born September 28, 1988 in Kansas City, Missouri to Sharon Cannon and Eddie Kimbrough. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Hattie Bradley; grandparents, Simon Cannon, Sr. and Richard Jr. & Delorse Booker; uncles, Simon Cannon, Jr. and Michael Cannon; brothers, Demetrius Cannon and Theodore Cannon; and cousins, Timothy Cannon and Lamar Dixon, Jr. 'Kulli', as he was affectionately known, was educated in the Grandview School District. He accepted Christ and was baptized at Greater Pentecostal Temple on August 3, 2009. Morgan was so full of life and had such a free-spirit. He had a smile that would light up any room and gladly shared it with everyone. He was a loving young man who was willing to help where ever he could. He leaves to cherish his memory: his father, Eddie Kimbrough; mother, Sharon L. Cannon-Bradley (Kevin); siblings, Sean Cannon and Shayla Cannon (Anthony), Tonya Kimbrough; uncle, George Cannon (Jeannie) aunts, Carmen Cannon, Shaneece Weatherspoon (James) and Linda Cannon; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 3, 12:00 p.m. at Greater Pentecostal Temple. Private disposition. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the church. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
