Norma V. Trigg of Kansas City, Mo. passed away peacefully on Monday March 17, 2025. Norma was born on May 1,1958 in Kansas City, Missouri to Gloria and William Trigg.

Norma's life began and ended with her only child, and son, Jameel. Norma dedicated her life to providing Jameel with love and everything she could buy him. Norma's humor and kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Even strangers were not protected from her wit. If you stood in the same line with her at the grocery store, you'd leave chuckling at something she said.

On the other hand, Norma was no shrinking violet.

Crossing Norma or harming Jameel would result in a whirlwind of unforgettable misery immediately coming your way. Norma also cheered for her favorite sports team, her beloved Kansas City Chiefs.

Norma is survived by her son, Jameel Trigg, her brother, Marlon Trigg, her nephews Maurice Trigg and Christopher Trigg, and cousins Sue Young, Thurman Bates, and family elder, Caunita Freeman. Norma is preceded in death by her mother and father, Gloria Lee Trigg and William Harold Trigg, her brother, Duryl Trigg, and her cousin Kim Young.

Norma will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
