Oscar Eugene Williams Sr., 59, affectionately known as Skeeter was born in Kansas City Missouri on November 10, 1960. Oscar was educated in the Kansas City Missouri school district. Oscar accepted Christ and was recently baptized. Oscar loved his family. He was a great father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

Some may say he was a protector, some may say he was a mentor, some may say he was a real-life super hero. Oscar was a very funny person. If you knew him, you knew he always had a joke. He would crack on anybody all in good fun. He was a very strong person, the epitome of strength. Oscar was a fighter. He pushed through regardless of the circumstances. He will be missed by us all.

Oscar departed this earthly life on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the home. His mother Willie Lee Williams, his sister Sandra Kay Williams, his grandmother Corean Williams and his beloved only son Oscar Eugene Williams Jr. and others proceeded him in death.

Oscar leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Ebonion Latrice Williams and Kashsae Monique Williams.; one granddaughter Heaven Daniyah Williams, two grandsons Miking Kyree Fisher and Demontre Livingston II; four sisters, Marsha Williams, Connie Brown (William), Lisa Roby (Benny), and Charnise Jackson; four brothers, Allen Williams (Gina), Lee Kelly, Aaron Williams and Doil Williams; one uncle ,Charles Williams (Lois) and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 26, at 11:00am. Visitation will be from 10:00am-11:00am at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors Chapel. Interment Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery.
