Perry Lamont High, 67, affectionately known as "Cochise", was born on May 26, 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri to the union of Perry Howard High and Eula Mae High. He was preceded in death by both parents; two brothers, Jeffrey and Brian High; and two sisters, Connie Banks and Debra High. Perry graduated from Westport High School and went on to earn his Bachelor's degree from Missouri Valley College. After college he worked as a tax accountant. Perry departed this life on October 26, 2018 at his home. Perry is survived by : four sons, Lamont High (Marva), Jason High, Perry High and Lonzo High; two brothers, Terrance High and Kervin High; one sister, Oretha High; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren all of Kansas City, MO and host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services Friday, November 9, 11:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Interment XII Gates Memorial Gardens. Visitation 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the chapel. Services conducted by Duane E.
