Reginald E. Morgan, 59, KCMO, passed away on March 26, 2017. He was born December 23, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri to Onia Leon Morgan, Sr. and Frances (Carey) Morgan. His parents and sister, Beverly Morgan preceded him in death. Reginald attended Phyllis Wheatley Elementary, Lincoln Junior High and graduated from Lincoln Senior High School in 1976. He was a manager for the Lincoln High School football team. Reginald accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Highland Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a member of St. Stephen Baptist Church Drum and Bugle Corp, under the direction of Mr. Bennie Wright. Reginald was employed at Avon Products for ten years. He later retired from Calmar after twenty-seven years of service. Reginald had a loving personality, favorable disposition, great sense of humor, and loving spirit. He was an awesome family man whose memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved him. He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Cornelia 'Nikki' Morgan; three children, Tiara Morgan, Sharron Thomas of Dallas, TX and Andre Wesley of Fayette, MO; five brothers, Rufus (Maria), Onia 'Leon' Jr., Gregory (Evelyn), Quentin (Maria) and Michael; two sisters, Sandra (Vernon) and Jennifer; his second mother, Mrs. Aslee Townsend; special friends, James Hawkins and Steve Counts; twelve grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and neighborhood friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 1, 11:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Private disposition. Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the chapel. Services conducted by Duane E.
