Reginald Eugene Taylor, 63, entered new life on March 18, 2017 at home. He was born October 10, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri to L. C. and Ethel (Davis) Taylor. His father preceded him in death. Reginald was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri and attended Central High School. He was employed by Plastic Sales for seventeen years. Reginald was an avid sports fan, and was very interested in current events; he could watch CNN all day. His favorite saying was, 'Catch you on the cool side'. He was loving son, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves to cherish his loving memory: his sons, Reginald Maxwell and Abdul Smith; daughters, Ornillia Reed and Christine Williams; his loving mother, Mrs. Ethel Taylor; brother, Artie Taylor; sisters, Barbara McDonald (Johnnie), Lisa Garlington (Stanley), Karen Taylor and Yasmin Jackson; ten grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other family and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, March 24, 11:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Interment XII Gates Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the chapel.
