Our beloved Robert B. Payne Jr was called home Monday July 5, 2021. Robert was born July 11, 1955, in St. Louis, MO. He was the oldest child of Robert B. Payne Sr and Arlene White-Payne. Robert completed his secondary education and immediately enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served from 1975-1977 and received an honorable discharge. Robert was funny, smart, strong, and hardworking. He had an incredible love for driving. He had numerous jobs, in which he drove 18 wheelers, forklifts and drove cars for different routing companies. He was also known for his love for shopping, watching animal planet, playing Fight night, GTA, spending quality time with family, and let us not forget cursing you out. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters Patricia Payne, Jatori Payne, Raven Jones (Mark), his brother Anthony Payne, sister Michelle Payne, ten grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. In a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
