Robert accepted his call into the ministry and was ordained as a minister under Pastor Nathan Buie of the Greater St. Matthews Baptist Church where he served faithfully until the Lord called him home.
Robert prided himself in his sharp dressing, devenar looks, and his love for the word of God. He believed in studying God's word, applying it to his life and sharing the word with others. While in his last days of illness, he was considered the Facebook minister because he always had a positive word backed with scripture.
