Rosa Lee Davis was born on April 3, 1936, in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Edgar James and Lizzie English James. She had two siblings Robert Lee James and Joe Louis James.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Mylow Davis Sr., son Mylow Davis Jr., and daughter LaSondra Davis.

Rosa Lee was educated in Oklahoma and graduated from Renties High School in 1954.

She was a member of Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church for over 20 years.

Rosa loved going to church, traveling, visiting casinos, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She married Mylow Davis Sr. on May 8, 1955, and to this union she had five sons: Mylow Jr., Barry, Gary, Derrick, and Keith Davis Sr., a daughter LaSondra Davis and stepdaughter Betty Judie.

Rosa was employed in the healthcare industry as a home health aide and retired from Bethel Health Care in 2017.

She leaves to cherish her memories with her sons: Barry (Cheryl) Davis, Gary (Sonia) Davis, Derrick (Etta) Davis, Keith (Debra) Davis Sr., and stepdaughter Betty Judie. A host of Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
