Ryan Richard Schlagel was born on November 18, 1989, in Gardner, Kansas, to Raymond and Susan Schlagel. He grew up in the Kansas City area and attended school at Winnetonka High School in Kansas City, Missouri.

Ryan was fun-loving, charismatic, and full of life. Known for his quick wit and gregarious spirit, he had a natural ability to bring joy and laughter to any room. Whether pulling a harmless prank, revving up a fast car, or savoring a home-cooked meal, Ryan embraced life with energy and passion.

He especially loved spending time at family gatherings, where his larger-than-life personality always left a lasting impression.

Above all, Ryan was most proud of his two sons, Brycen Richard Schlagel and Elijah Richard Schlagel. He also leaves behind his loving parents, Raymond and Susan Schlagel, two devoted sisters, Crystal Naylor and Savanna Schlagel and brother Anthony Lordi.

Though his time with us was far too brief, Ryan's legacy lives on through the love he shared, the memories he made, and the family and friends who will carry his spirit forward.
