Sandra Kay Butler, 57, was born June 10, 1960 in Kansas City, Missouri to Clint and Mary (Dickens) Butler. She was the second child of four children born to this union. She is preceded in death by her father, Clint Butler and son, Anthony Hill, Jr. Known to her family as "Kay", as a small child Kay and her family attended Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. A. L. Johnson. She later joined Believers of Christ Community Church in Dallas, Texas, under the tutelage of Pastor Cynthia Houston. She was a member of the choir and the church treasurer. Kay readily participated in community activities sponsored by the church.

Kay attended school in the Kansas City, Missouri School District and throughout her teenage years attended Central High School.

Kay married Anthony Bernard Hill, Sr. and to this union were born three children. She was engaged to be married to Leon Wilson.

Kay departed this earthly life on February 3, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. She will be sorely missed.

She leaves to celebrate her legacy: two daughters, Denise (Ryan) Arnold and Tawonna L. Hill; her beloved mother, Mary Williams; three sisters, Shenita Butler, Clintina Butler and Hellen Butler; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
