Shawn Avery Ricks, 30, was born on April 10, 1990 to Ruth Ricks and Steven in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Elizabeth Madison Ricks, uncles, Willie and Theodus two aunts, Betty and Minnie Mea, great uncles, Willie, Brown, Frank, Arlee and Horace, great aunts, Lydia, Aurelia, Marietta and Leola.

Memorial services Saturday, August 15, at 12:00 pm at the Victorious Life Church. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website. Due to the COVID 19 Panademic all guest are required to wear mask.
