Sherrie Lynn Taiwo, 54, was born July 19, 1963 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Lionel Wilson, Sr. and Bettye Sullivan. Nurtured and raised by her "Father" Albert Hall, Jr., her mother and both fathers preceded her in death.

Sherrie was educated in the Kansas City Missouri Public School District. She earned her an Associate's degree in Secondary Education at a Metropolitan Community College - Penn Valley. She was employed by Kansas City Missouri Public School District as a Pre-K Teacher's Assistant for twenty-eight years.

Sherrie loved her family, children and people in general. She was very friendly to so many, often being selfless, giving and willing to lend a helping hand.

Sherrie departed this life on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Redwood Rehabilitation Center in Raymore, Missouri.

She leaves to cherish her memory: son, Dion Fisher; siblings, Melanie Wilson-Brown (Ronald), Leo Dowthard, Kelly A. Hall, David Dowthard, Stephanie Hall and Rashaad Sullivan; best friend, Felicia Williams and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
