Steven Williams, Sr. was born on May 6, 1972, in Kansas City, MO to Roosevelt and Mozella
Williams. He was preceded in death by both of his parents, a sister, Doris May Stewart, a
daughter, Lakiesha Williams and a grandchild, Heaven Largign Hearn.
Steven was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, MO.
On August 15, 2000, Steven married the love of his life, Marva (Angie) Williams. To that union,
four (4) children were born. He was a construction worker in the states of Kansas and
Missouri for many years.
Steven was known for his passion as an auto mechanic. He loved cars and loved to fix things.
Everyone knew who to call when they had car trouble. He also loved to laugh and watch
comedy movies and shows. His favorite comedian was Dave Chapelle and one of his favorite
movies was 'Superfly". He also enjoyed martial arts movies with Michael Jai White.
Steven leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Marva Angie Williams of Kansas City; two
sons, Steven Anthony Williams, Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri and Daniel Williams of Killeen,
Texas; two daughters, Deangela Williams of Kansas City, MO, Danica Williams (Hearn) of
North Kansas City Missouri; five brothers, Roosevelt Baskin of North Kansas City, Mo, Larry Lee
Stewart of Marshal Missouri, David Lee Stewart of Lawrence, Kansas, Sylvester Stewart of
Kansas City, Mo and Alvis Jerome Williams of Kansas City, Missouri; two sisters, Mary Francis
Johnson of Kansas City, MO, Barbara Christine Wesley of Independence, MO; five
grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.
