Stevenson Eugene Clemmons was born on December 5, 1955, to the late Willie Lewis and Emma Clemmons Williams in Kansas City, Missouri.

He was united in marriage to Stephanie Holmes for eleven years (1973 to 1985) and from that union they were blessed to have two children, Brandon and Erica.

Stevie, as he was affectionately called, started his education at Wendell Phillips Elementary School, his middle school years at Lincoln Junior Middle School, and he completed his high school education with Job Corp.

Stevie loved to work with his hands, and he demonstrated that during his many years of commitment and dedication at the following companies: Don Gaines Poultry Company, Mallin Brothers Company Inc., and TTI Tire Company.

Stevie entered into rest on November 20, 2022, at the age of 66, at the Center Point Medical Hospital, Hospice Care.

Stevie is preceded in death by his mother, Emma Clemmons Williams, his father, Willie Lewis, and his two brothers, Raymond Clemons and Eddie Clemmons Omar.

Stevie leaves to cherish his memories: his two daughters, Erica Holmes, Kansas City, Kansas, Shantesa McIntosh, Omaha Nebraska; his son, Brandon Holmes, Kansas City, Kansas; two sisters, Ivy Clemmons, Sheila Ross (Mark), Kansas City Missouri, four brothers: Willie Clemons, Kansas City, Missouri, Dwight Clemons (Denise) Ohio, Phillip Clemons (Carla) Augusta, Georgia, Jonathan Clemons, and Robert Clemmons, Kansas City, Missouri; Fourteen Grandchildren, Twenty Great-Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial service will be held Monday, December 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Private Disposition
