Theodis Mack Wagner, Sr., 90, passed away on November 5, 2018. He was born May 25, 1928 in Curry, Arkansas to Mr. Spencer Cannon and Ms. Rena Mack Bowers. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Jimmy Holder; sisters, Doris Johnson and Clara Mack; son, Theodis Mack Wagner, Jr.; grandchildren, Antonio Wagner, Dominique Kemp, Darrell Kemp, LaKevion Wagner, and Dililah Wagner; two daughters-in-law, Marcy Cunningham and Lauren Wagner.

Theodis was educated in the Curry, Arkansas Public School District. He later served in the United States Marines until 1946.

Theodis was employed by Divine Lightening Company from 1960-1991, until retiring after thirty-one years of service.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his life partner of a seventy-one year relationship and fifty-three year marriage, Johnietta Wagner; two children, Tina Wagner Sykes and Pastor Le'Antoan "Leigh" Wagner; two brothers, Leonard "Red" Holder and Felix Bowers (Yolonda); two sisters, Lois Curry (Henrey) and Norma Duckrey (Jessie); sister-in-law, Colida Holder; ten grandchildren, Mark Wagner, Yolonda Wagner, Cherrie Wagner Kemp, Gregory R. Wagner (Sharice), Javon Wagner (Lori), Aisha Wagner Smith (Charles), Tameka Wagner, LaTasha Wagner, Arrion Haynes (Garron), and Givanna Rockmeyer Cornish (London); thirty great grandchildren, twenty-nine great-great grandchildren, three great-great-great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services Saturday, November 17, 11:00 a.m. at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the church. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
