Urica L. Jackson, 47, passed away on December 8, 2018 at TNC Community-Jefferson House. She was born January 25, 1971 to the union of Clifton and Lillie (Small) Jackson in Kansas City, Missouri. Her paternal and maternal grandparents preceded her in death.

"Lynelle" as she was affectionately known, was a lifelong area resident. She required total assistance of those she loved and the help of others as she communicated through body language and sounds. Lynelle enjoyed listening to music, being out of her wheelchair, snuggling with soft blankets and lotion therapy. She also enjoyed being outside when the weather was nice, going on rides to relax and having some alone time. She was indeed special to her family and the time that she was able to share with them was always appreciated. She will always be cherished as our Angel. She leaves to cherish her memory: her parents, Clifton and Lillie Jackson of Kansas City, MO; one brother, Damon L. Jackson; one sister, Natasha Jackson and a host of other relatives and friends.
