William Lamont Price, Sr., 67, KCMO, passed away on January 20, 2018. He was born October 7, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rose and Felix Jerman, Sr.; brothers, Felix Jerman, Jr. and Cleophus Jerman; and sisters, Eloise Pointer, Wilma Clark and Marie Grant.

William attended Benjamin Banneker Elementary School and graduated from Manual High School in 1968. He was active in athletics during his high school years as a member of both the track team and varsity football team.

In 1969, he married Christine Rollie and three children were born to this union. William was employed at Sealright Company, dedicating twenty years of service.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his brother, George Jerman (Sharon) of Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Louise Young and Lavern Jerman of Kansas City, MO; step-daughter, Charniece Rollie of Kansas City, MO; two daughters, Rita L. Price and De'Yone R. Price of Kansas City, MO; one son, William L. Price, Jr. of Kansas City, MO; his beloved partner of twenty years, Ms. Rose Hall; thirteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services Tuesday, January 30, 10:00 a.m. at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Interment Brooking Cemetery. Visitation 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the chapel. Services conducted by Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors. Condolences may be shared on our website.
