Willie James Glover, Sr., 74, passed away on December 8, 2017 at Liberty Hospital. He was born September 8, 1943 in St. Clair, Alabama to the late Amanda Glover and Jerry Scott.

Willie was educated in the public school s of St. Clair, Alabama and was a graduate of Central High School. He was employed at Ford Motor Company Claycomo Plant until he retired.

Willie confessed Christ as his Savior and was a member of Humphrey Temple Church of God in Christ in Liberty, Missouri where he resided.

Willie was and will always be remembered as a loving and talented man who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife, Earnestine Glover; four sons, Henry Ruth (Jessica) of Columbia, MO, Randolph Glover of Atlanta, GA, Willie Glover, Jr. of Birmingham, AL and Jerry Edwards of Liberty, MO; two daughters, Adrienne Mays-Glover of Liberty, MO and Makunda Newton of KCMO; two brothers, Henry J. Glover and Jerry Glover; one sister, Dorothy Watkins; nineteen grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
